Hi, I’m Jennifer, a content designer

As a Content Designer, I work strategically with product teams to find design solutions through language, empathy, and storytelling. I’m at home balancing tradeoffs, thinking through accessibility issues, and advocating for the user. Sniffing out roadblocks is my lowkey superpower.

Most recently, I worked for LinkedIn on the LinkedIn Learning team, collaborating with cross-functional teams of UX Designers, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, UX Researchers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to use language to add clarity, elevate the user experience, and improve business metrics.

Prior to LinkedIn, I was a content designer for local government websites. And before tech, I worked in educational content for museums, where I collected an astounding number of entertaining facts. I love to share them, just ask!
