I work on Blue Shield of California's UX team, partnering with visual designers, interaction designers, and UX researchers. In a mobile-first, Agile environment, we collaborate on cross-functional teams with product managers, marketers, developers, data scientists, and QA testers to add clarity, elevate the user experience, and improve business metrics.
Before tech, I was a content strategist for educational museum exhibitions where I collected an astounding number of entertaining facts. I love to share them, just ask!
